Ornn sends email notifications to keep you informed about activity on your account. You can turn each notification type on or off independently. Changes take effect immediately and persist across sessions.Documentation Index

How to update your preferences
Open the Notifications section
The Notifications section appears on the Profile tab, below the Company Information card. You do not need to switch to a separate tab.
Notification emails are sent to the email address associated with your Ornn account. To change your account email, contact support at support@ornn.com.
Notification types
Reservation confirmations
Receive an email when a bid is accepted or a reservation is confirmed. Useful for keeping a record of new compute allocations without checking the portal.
Platform announcements
Receive product updates, new feature announcements, and other communications from the Ornn team.
Billing alerts
Receive emails when a payment is due, a new invoice is created, or a payment fails. Keeping this on helps you catch billing issues before they affect your access.
Utilization warnings
Receive alerts when GPU utilization on a reservation is unusually low or when your allocated GPU-hours are nearly exhausted.
