/account is where you manage everything tied to your Ornn identity: your personal profile, display preferences like time zone and currency, company information, and billing details. Changes to most fields save automatically when you press Enter or click away from a field.
Profile tab
The Profile tab is the default view when you open/account. It contains your personal information and your organization’s company details.
Personal information
Click any field to edit it. The field saves when you press Enter or move focus away. Press Escape to discard a change before saving.| Field | Description |

| First Name | Your given name. Required — the field will not save if left empty. |
| Last Name | Your family name. Optional. |
| Role | Your job title or role at your organization. Optional. |
| Your account email address. Read-only — contact support to change it. |
Company information
The Company Information section shows your organization’s details. Admins can edit these fields; members see them as read-only.| Field | Description |

| Company Name | Your organization’s legal or trading name. Required for admins. |
| Website | Your company’s website URL. Optional. |
| Industry | The industry or vertical your company operates in. Optional. |
| Address | Your company’s primary address. Optional. |
Only organization admins can edit company information. If you are a member, the fields are read-only. Ask an admin on your team to make changes.
Settings tab
Open the Settings tab to control how Ornn displays information to you. These preferences are personal — they apply only to your account and do not affect other members of your organization.Platform settings
| Preference | Description |
|---|---|
| Time Zone | Sets how timestamps and reservation windows display across the platform. Choose from America/New_York, America/Los_Angeles, or Europe/London. |
| Currency | Sets the currency used to display prices. Accepted values are USD, EUR, and GBP (ISO 4217 codes). |
Appearance
The Appearance row under Platform Settings lets you toggle between light and dark themes. The setting is applied immediately and persists across sessions.Billing tab
The Billing tab shows an overview of your current balance, recent invoices, and invoice settings.Invoice settings
Your invoice settings control where Ornn sends billing communications:| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Invoice email | The email address where Stripe invoices are delivered. Defaults to your account email. |
| Net terms | Your payment terms (for example, Net 30). Set during onboarding. |
| Currency | The currency on your invoices. Shown as read-only here; adjust it under the Settings tab. |
To update your invoice email or billing address, contact the Ornn billing team at billing@ornn.com.
Recent invoices
The Recent Invoices section lists your latest invoices with their invoice ID, date, amount, and payment term. Click Download on any row to save a copy of the invoice.What’s next
